Green

The green shades we have are numerous. From light green to dark green colour for various applications. The “old E-number based colours” like Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin or Alfalfa are still popular as they are stable and easy available. The colours have E140 and E141 as E-numbers.

For the Colouring Foods, colours without E-number, we use Phycocyanin (from Spirulina) to make blue and Safflower for yellow shades. When we mix these blue and yellow we are able to offer various green shades. Besides our water soluble greens we also have oil soluble green colours available.
